The Apple Run

What is a cider doughnut?  Quite tasty!

Saturday, October 15, 2016
8:00 am

Do you know what a “cider doughnut” is? They are “cake doughnuts” that get their flavor from cinnamon, nutmeg, and apple cider used in the batter.

Join us for the second annual Apple Run, a seasonal trail run at Loppet World Headquarters (Theodore Wirth Park).

We will start at the Chalet and will have one-mile, 5K , 10k and 10mile distance options – you may decide how many doughnuts you want to eat and determine the distance from there.

We will end the run with a celebration of the harvest with savory apple wraps, apple soup, and cider donuts, and, of course, apple cider.

This is a family-friendly affair so bring the kids!
